Christmas and New Year's:
Special Holiday Rates to compensate for outrageous
holiday airfares
$1850/week, 4 people or less;
$300/night for additional nights;
$350 per each additional person/week.
$50 per person/extra days
Reservations are confirmed by a 50% deposit for the time requested, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Refunds for cancelled reservations or early checkouts, minus any expenses, will be made only if that time period is booked by other guests.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM. If guests are not arriving and departing on the same day we are quite flexible, however, so check with us on those times when you make your final deposit.
Please note: The Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands has extended the 10% rooms and meals tax to villa rentals.
